Although we encourage all first-year students to live in Residence, we recognize that some students may prefer to live off campus. 

Living off-campus can be a big step and there are lots of things to keep in mind to ensure you have a successful academic and personal life.

We have prepared some tips about leasing, budgeting, health and safety, rental insurance, and tenant policy for your information.

Students are always encouraged to do the following prior to signing a lease:
